Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a UX Architect to join their team! This position is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Duties:
- Plan and design the user experience architecture for customer-facing interfaces, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
- Create detailed taxonomies, user flow diagrams, and screen layouts to enhance findability and usability
- Apply expertise in user experience methods and tools to deliver intuitive and effective design solutions
- Conduct thorough research to understand customers and the finance industry, incorporating insights into design strategies
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with functional objectives
- Communicate design concepts effectively, articulating ideas clearly to stakeholders and team members
- Translate functional requirements into comprehensive experience specifications that guide development
- Champion the creation of findable, usable, and world-class user experiences
- Foster a collaborative environment, balancing passion for design with patience and adaptability
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline such as Web Design or a related field of study, or equivalent years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, OmniGraffle, and Marvel
